George Bieber as the new Council President | Moosic Borough
Moosic Borough Council President Stan Kania has stepped down as Council President. Stan has served on council for 8 years, serving 4 of those years as council president. Mr. Kania will remain a councilman with a firm hand and watchful eye. Council appointed George Bieber as the new Council President effective December 14, 2022. By leading this community with a continuous and active practice, Mr. Bieber is up for the challenge to make an impact on our Borough.
