On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Scranton Preparatory School standout Matthew Lanzendorfer’s current college team, the Virginia Cavaliers, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Oklahoma Sooners.

The game took place at Dell Diamond. This was their first matchup against the Sooners this season.

The Cavaliers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 5 p.m. at Davenport Field at Disharoon Park against VMI Keydets.
