North Pocono High School issued the following announcement on Nov. 3.

Congratulations to senior Kaylee Horne who was selected to participate in Senator Marty Flynn’s Student Ambassador Program. Kaylee will represent North Pocono High School at monthly meetings, in which she will participate in lectures and discussions with politicians and government officials at the local and state level. She will also attend legislature meetings, visit city and county offices, and will take a trip to the Pennsylvania Capitol building in Harrisburg. Congratulations to Kaylee on this wonderful opportunity and making North Pocono proud!
