As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Aventura at Terrace View was owned by Awesome Healthcare Assets, LLC and Eom Health Care Holdings, LLC, according to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The nursing home, located in Lackawanna County, has been owned by Awesome Healthcare Assets, LLC and Eom Health Care Holdings, LLC since Aug. 1, 2021.

Aventura at Terrace View is registered as a for-profit facility.

During that period, the nursing home had an overall rating of one from the CMS, which is lagging behind the average of 2.9 recorded for nursing homes in Pennsylvania. CMS ratings evaluate nursing homes based on critical aspects such as health inspection outcomes, staffing levels, and the quality of care provided to residents.

According to the data, Aventura at Terrace View aided an average of 129.7 residents per day during the fourth quarter of 2023, with a total of 272 beds available. Currently, the nursing home is not located within a hospital.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Aventura at Terrace View spent a total of $166,739 in three fines and suffered six penalties.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
