University of Scranton Athletics issued the following announcement on May 20.
The two-time defending Landmark champion University of Scranton field hockey team will host a Summer ID Clinic on Sunday, July 17 from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Weiss Field at the Quinn Athletics Campus.
The clinic is intended for experienced field hockey players in grades 9 through 12 and incoming college freshmen who are interested in playing collegiate field hockey.
Cost of the clinic is $85 and all attendees will receive a t-shirt. All participants in the clinic should bring field hockey clothes, mouth guard, stick, shin guards, water bottle, and turfs or sneakers, while goalkeepers must bring their own equipment.
The Summer ID clinic features technical and goalie specific training as well as small-sided and full field games.
Registration is now open and interested individuals can click here to register. The registration deadline is Thursday, July 14 and space is limited.
