The Parishes of Holy Cross & Blessed Sacrament recently issued the following announcement.
First Penance
Next Saturday, February 5th at Holy Cross, our children from both Blesses Sacrament and Holy Cross, after much prayer and preparation, will go to Confession for the first time.
We ask all the members of our parishes to remember our young people in your prayers as we mark this special, grace-filled moment with them.
We pray that they will discover the joy of God's unconditional love and forgiveness as they make their first confession.
Jesus searches for us when we go astray and brings us back home with joy! May our children know the greatness of God's love and forgiveness.
