Mayfield Elementary School recently issued the following announcement.
"Mayfield Campus 2021-2022 Dress Code"
Students are permitted to wear either a Lakeland Uniform or Lakeland Spirit Wear. Spirit Wear is defined as clothing that contains a Lakeland logo, school colors, or having been purchased through a recognized Lakeland organization such as our PTA. All students, staff and visitors are required to wear a mask while at Mayfield Campus.
