North Pocono High School issued the following announcement on Aug. 23.
As has become a North Pocono tradition, this Friday night’s football home opener will be preceded by a community cookout on the lawn in front of the North Pocono Intermediate School from 5-7 pm. This is the eleventh year for this wonderful community event. Hamburgers, hot dogs and beverages are all free for you and your family. This is a great opportunity to rally together behind all of our sports and activities.
Guests are encouraged to practice all COVID-19 mitigation practices possible such as good hand hygiene and use of social distancing when in attendance. Your attention and help is greatly appreciated. We look forward to seeing you there.
