North Pocono High School recently issued the following announcement.
Fall Sports Physicals 2021
All Fall sports physicals must be completed and returned to the school by the first day of fall sports which is Monday August 16, 2021.
Physicals will be provided at the High School school for athletes that are unable to have the form completed by their primary care provider.
School physicals will be held at the High School on Thursday July 29 & Thursday August 5 from 1:30 to 5:30 by appointment only.

If you are having a school physical, be sure to bring the PIAA form with sections 1 to 6 completed.
Impact testing is required every 2 years. Impact testing can be done remotely. Email Mrs. Heard or Mrs. Sheerer to get a link.
