Of the 1,099 people living in Big Bass Lake in 2019, 48.6 percent (534) were women and 51.4 percent (565) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Scranton Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 309-to-302. In the 65 and over age range, there were 158 females and 116 males.
