Of the 1,875 people living in Mount Cobb in 2019, 50.1 percent (940) were women and 49.9 percent (935) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Scranton Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 505-to-497. In the 65 and over age range, there were 175 females and 159 males.
