Marion L. Munley, a former member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and pioneer in women’s equality, will become the first woman included in Scranton’s Distinguished Citizens Memorial when her monument is unveiled on Friday, October 15, on the Spruce Street side of the Lackawanna County Courthouse at 1 PM.
There will be a fan bus for any current High School Student interested in attending the Lake Lehman football game on Friday night. If you are interested, sign ups and ticket purchase can be done in the main office.

The University of Scranton field hockey team (12-0, 4-0 Landmark) broke the game open with five goals in the second half and remained unbeaten with a 7-0 win over the Drew Rangers (3-10, 0-4 Landmark) in conference action on Wednesday night at Weiss Field in Scranton.
