Scranton’s Sophia Talutto helps team advance in NCAA Division III basketball tournament with win over Otterbein

On Saturday, March 7, Sophia Talutto, a former Dunmore Junior Senior High School standout, contributed to her current college team, the Scranton Lady Royals, as they secured an 82-43 victory over the Otterbein Cardinals in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The game was played at 8:30 p.m. at John Long Center and marked the team’s first tournament game against Otterbein.

The Scranton Lady Royals are set to play their next game Friday, March 13, at 7 p.m. at John Long Center.
