Lackawanna County  issued the following announcement on Apr. 8.

The Easter Bunny is a very innovative character who delivers treats to youngsters anyway possible.

This year, our furry friend will again be “riding the rails” on the Electric City Trolley.

Bring the entire family to the trolley museum to get “all aboard” with the Easter Bunny on Sunday, April 10. Balloon art, free Rock candy and coloring sheets will be available for the kids. A special prize will be given on each Trolley ride.

The “bunny train” will depart at 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:45 PM and 1:30 PM.

Also scheduled is “A Morning With Mother Goose” for Saturday, May 21.

Everyone will be able to enjoy storytelling by Mother Goose, a hunt for the Golden Egg, face painting and glitter tattoos.  A trolley ride with Mother Goose, featuring sing–alongs, will depart at 11 AM.
