Former Old Forge Junior Senior High School standout Karen Sickle played on Sunday, May 11 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division II Softball Championship

On Sunday, May 11, former Old Forge Junior Senior High School standout Karen Sickle’s current collegiate team the Wilmington Wildcats won 1-0 against the Goldey-Beacom Lightning in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Jackson Athletic Complex at 11 a.m. and was the third matchup against the Goldey-Beacom Lightning in the tournament.

The Wilmington Wildcats’ next game will take place on Thursday, May 15 at 12 p.m. at Pace Softball Field.
