On Sunday, March 22, North Carolina Tar Heels forward and former Dunmore Junior Senior High School basketball player Ciera Toomey helped her team secure a 74-66 victory over the Maryland Terrapins in the NCAA Tournament.
The NCAA game tipped off at 12 p.m. at the Dean E. Smith Center.
Toomey tallied two points and grabbed two rebounds in her 12 minutes on court.
